RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

1. Subject to point 10 of this paragraph, the customer, who is also a consumer who has concluded the distance contract, may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons by making the appropriate declaration within 14 days. 2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the purchase contract is considered void and the consumer is obliged to return the product to the seller or to transfer it to a person authorized by the seller to accept it immediately, but not later than 14 days after the date of withdrawal, unless. that the seller suggests that he collects the product himself. The deadline remains met if the product is sent before it expires.

3. If you withdraw from the purchase contract, the product should be returned to.

4. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from the use of the product in a manner not necessary to establish the character, properties and function of the product.

5. Subject to points 6 and 8 of this paragraph, the Seller will refund all payments made by the Consumer in connection with the purchase contract from which the Consumer withdraws, indispensable, but not later than within 14 days from receipt of the Consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer clearly accepts a different reimbursement that does not involve any additional costs for him.

6. If the consumer chooses a method of returning the product other than the cheapest usual method offered by the store, the seller is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs to the consumer.

7. If the Seller has not proposed that he collect the Product from the Consumer himself, he may stop refunding the payments received from the Consumer until he receives the Products back or until the Consumer provides proof of having sent the Products, whichever is the case event occurs earlier.

8. In accordance with point 1 of this paragraph, the consumer withdrawing from the purchase contract will only bear the costs of returning the product to the seller.

9. The 14-day period during which the consumer may withdraw from the contract is calculated from the day on which the consumer took possession of the product and, in the case of a service, from the day on which the contract was concluded.

10. The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the distance selling contract:

10.1 in the case of a sales contract, the subject matter of which is a non-prefabricated product manufactured according to the consumer's specification or intended to meet his individualized needs,

10.2 in the case of a sales contract, the subject matter of which is a product in sealed packaging which, once the packaging has been opened, may no longer be returned for health protection or hygienic reasons if the packaging was opened after delivery,

10.3 in the case of a sales contract, the subject matter of which are products which, after delivery, are inseparably linked to other products due to their character,

10.4 in the case of a sales contract whose subject matter is a service, if the seller has fully implemented the service with the clear consent of the consumer and the consumer was informed before the start of the service that he has no right to withdraw from the contract after the seller has provided the service more is due.

11. The right to withdraw from the purchase contract belongs to both the seller and the customer (consumer) if the other party to the contract does not fulfill its obligation within the strictly specified period.
